What if I need more time? 

We totally understand that babies are unpredictable and sometimes you aren't quite ready to part with a loan item! Shoot us a e-mail and we'll work with you on an extension.

Are the loan items clean? 

Every loan item that comes back is cleaned. Bottles are run through the dishwasher and soft items are washed with a gentle detergent and hung to dry. If you have concerns about a sensitive child's reaction to a specific cleaning agent, you are welcome to reach out to us or give it a quick additional wash before using.

Can I donate to you? 

Yes! We are 100% donation-based. Please check out our Wish List to see what items we are on the lookout for, or contact us if you have something else you think would be a great addition to our collection! We also love monetary donations to keep our systems up and running, [how do people do this?]
